This  week  opened  with  TNA  Hall  of  Famer  “The  Icon”  Sting  and  Kurt  Angle  looking  back  on  how  The  Main  Event  Mafia  was  created  in  2008.  Kurt  stated  that  the  group  was  created  for  both  power  and  respect.  He  also  stated  that  Aces  and  Eights  will  fall  courtesy  of  the  new  Main  Event  Mafia,  and  that  he  and  Sting  will  reveal  the  new  member  later  on.

1.  A  TRIPLE  THREAT  MATCH  FOR  THE  TNA  X  DIVISION  CHAMPIONSHIP:  Chris  Sabin  (Champion)  vs.  Suicide  (Challenger  #1/Former  Champion)  vs.  Kenny  King  (Challenger  #2/Former  Champion).

THE  WINNER,  AND  ONCE  AGAIN,  TNA  X  DIVISION  CHAMPION:  SUICIDE!!!

IMMEDIATELY  AFTER  THE  VICTORY,  TNA  GENERAL  MANAGER  HULK  HOGAN  APPEARED  WITH  A  MAN  NAMED  T.J.  PERKINS,  WHO  WAS  SUICIDE.  HULK  STATED  THAT  T.J  WAS  ATTACKED,  AND  THAT  THERE’S  AN  IMPOSTER  UNDER  HIS  OUTFIT.  HULK  GAVE  THE  IMPOSTER  UNTIL  THE  END  OF  THE  NIGHT  TO  REVEAL  HIMSELF,  AND  TO  SURRENDER  THE  TNA  X  DIVISION  CHAMPIONSHIP.

2.  TNA  GUT  CHECK:  Ryan  Howe  vs.  Adam  Ohriner.

THE  WINNER:  ADAM  OHRINER.

3.  TNA  KNOCKOUTS  CHAMPIONSHIP:  Mickie  James  (Champion)  vs.  Velvet  Sky  (Challenger/Former  Champion).

THE  REFEREE  FOR  THIS  MATCH:  ODB.

THE  WINNER,  AND  STILL,  TNA  KNOCKOUTS  CHAMPION:  MICKIE  JAMES!!!

POST-MATCH  INTERVIEW:  Christy  Hemme  wanted  Velvet  Sky’s  thought’s  on  the  match  as  she  held  her  knee  and  said,  “I’m  just  so  heartbroken  right  now”.

4.  A  BOUND  FOR  GLORY  SERIES  MATCH:  Magnus  vs.  Bobby  Roode.

THE  POINT  VALUE  SO  FAR:

Magnus:  10.

Bobby  Roode:  0.

THE  WINNER,  WITH  7  POINTS:  MAGNUS!!!

The  TNA  World  Tag  Team  Champions  Gunner  and  “Cowboy”  James  Storm  appeared  as  Storm  stated  the  one  thing  that  he  learned  as  a  12-time  Tag  champion,  you  don’t  have  to  like  your  partner,  but  as  long  as  you  show up  for  work,  he  will  always  have  your  back.   He  stated  that  as  part  of  the  reason  why  he  chose  Gunner.  They  were  both  interrupted  by  Robbie  E,  Jesse  Godderz  and  Tara  as  Robbie  voiced  his  disgust  from  not  being  selected  as  Storm’s  partner.  He  decided  to  partner  up  with  Jesse  and  named  their  tag  team  The  Bro  Mans,  not  to  be  confused  with  the  term  bromance.  Jesse  was  then  knocked  out  by  Gunner  when  he  tried  to  attack  after  Tara  was  insulted.

5.  A  BOUND  FOR  GLORY  SERIES  MATCH:  Mr.  Anderson  vs.  Samoa  Joe.

THE  POINT  VALUE  SO  FAR:

Mr.  Anderson:  7.

Samoa  Joe:  2.

THE  WINNER,  WITH  10  POINTS:  SAMOA  JOE!!!

After  the  match,  Sting  and  Kurt  Angle  revealed  Samoa  Joe  as  the  third  member  of  The  Main  Event  Mafia!!!

Hulk  returned  to  the  ring  and  ordered  the  imposter  Suicide  to  unmask.  He  refused,  and  Hulk  was  ready  to  do  it  himself  when  he  was  interrupted  by  TNA  World  Heavyweight  Champion  Bully  Ray.  Bully  wanted  to  face  Hulk   and  ordered  the  imposter  out  of  the  ring.  Hulk  ordered  the  imposter  to  unmask,  but  he  took  Hulk’s  microphone  and  asked  Bully  “Do  you  know  who  you  are?”.  He  then  revealed  himself  to  be  Austin  Aries  and  waged  war  on  Bully  for  the  title!!!

Match  #’s  1  and  3  are  the  highlight  matches  of  the  night!!!!!

Chris  Sabin,  Kenny  King,  Mickie  James  and  Velvet  Sky  are  the  wrestlers  of  the  night!!!!
